Who processes your data
The data controller is Gabriela Boaru — Lumia GB. For any question about your data you can write to [email protected] or use the contact form on the website.
What data we collect
Only what you write yourself in the "Let's talk" form: your name, the contact you prefer (email or phone) and a description of your business. Nothing else.
Why we collect it
One purpose only: to answer your request and, if there is work to do together, prepare a proposal for you. The legal basis is your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and your explicit consent given with the checkbox in the form.
What we do NOT do
No newsletter, no spam, no transfer to third parties, no profiling. Your data is never sold or shared with anyone.
Where it lives and for how long
Messages arrive on the studio's server, in Europe, and remain accessible only to the people who answer requests. We keep them for the time needed to handle your request and in any case no longer than 12 months, unless you start a working relationship with us.
If you write to the bot of one of our clients
Besides this website, we activate on our clients' businesses a bot that runs their website: it answers visitors, takes bookings, updates content. If you write to the bot on the website of a client's business:
the data controller for your data is that business (our client), not Lumia GB: their privacy notice is published on their website;
we process that data only on behalf of the client and on their instructions, solely to make the bot work — this commitment is written into the contract we sign with them (Art. 28 GDPR);
messages stay on the servers we manage, in Europe, accessible only to the people who run the service;
to exercise your rights (access, rectification, erasure) contact the business: we will notify them immediately and help them answer you.
Cookies and statistics
This website uses no profiling cookies and no advertising tracking tools.
Your rights
You can ask at any time for access, rectification or erasure of your data, or object to the processing (Arts. 15–21 GDPR). Just write to us through the contact form. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (garanteprivacy.it).
Changes
If this notice changes, the updated version will be published on this page with the new date.
